Nimrala generates revenue primarily through the sale of physical devices and optional subscription services. Device purchases cover manufacturing and core software updates. Subscriptions unlock advanced cloud features such as multi-site device sync, extended historical analytics, and priority support. We price subscriptions to be transparent and optional, allowing customers to choose the level of cloud-enabled features they value most.
Professional services—such as guided setup, bulk deployment for small offices, and custom integration work—provide an additional, predictable revenue stream. These services are offered as single purchases or bundled with device orders to simplify procurement for customers who prefer end-to-end support.
