To use Nimrala products and services, you must be legally able to enter into binding contracts and comply with local laws governing device operation. Some features may be restricted based on region or local regulatory requirements.

Users must meet the minimum age required by local law to create an account and use connected services. Minors should use Nimrala devices under parental supervision where required.

Devices and services must be used lawfully. Prohibited uses include interference with other users’ devices, bypassing safety features, or using the products in ways that create hazards or violate regulations.

Certain features, integrations, or services may be unavailable in some countries, including restrictions on data transfer, voice assistants, or third-party integrations based on local regulations.

Account and Registration

Creating a Nimrala account enables device setup, personalization, cloud services, and firmware updates. Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure to ensure reliable device operation and support.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information such as contact details, address, and device ownership records to receive updates and service notices.

Protect your account credentials and enable available security features like two-factor authentication. Nimrala employs industry-standard measures to protect account data, but you should prevent unauthorized access by safeguarding login information.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable except with prior written consent from Nimrala. Transferring accounts may affect device settings, warranties, or access to purchased services.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Nimrala support immediately so we can help secure your account and provide steps to recover control of associated devices.

Nimrala may suspend or restrict accounts that violate terms, present security risks, or are subject to legal process. Suspension is intended to protect users and maintain service integrity.

Service Availability

Nimrala provides device firmware, cloud services, and support to enhance device capabilities. Availability depends on network access and may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, or regulatory changes.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features or services to improve performance, comply with law, or adapt to technological change. Notice of major changes will be posted where practical.

Service continuity depends on internet connectivity and compatible hardware. Some offline features remain functional without cloud access, while advanced AI features may require ongoing connectivity.

User Conduct

When using Nimrala products and services, users must act responsibly and avoid actions that harm others or disrupt services.

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass device security features.
• Do not use devices for illegal activities or to harass others.
• Do not interfere with networks or other users’ connected devices.
• Follow manufacturer instructions for safe installation and use.
• Respect intellectual property and third-party service terms when enabling integrations.
• Provide accurate information when interacting with support and warranty processes.
• Report vulnerabilities or security concerns promptly to help maintain device safety.

User Content

Users may provide content such as device names, automation rules, feedback, and uploaded files. You retain ownership of your content but grant Nimrala rights to operate and improve services.

You retain rights in content you create and submit, subject to the license you grant Nimrala for service operation and improvement.

By submitting content, you grant Nimrala a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, modify, and use the content to provide, maintain, and enhance the services and related features.

You are responsible for content you upload or create. Do not upload content that violates laws, infringes rights, or harms others. Nimrala may remove content that violates these terms or presents a safety risk.

Nimrala reserves the right to remove user content that violates terms or poses security or legal concerns. Requests for content removal will be reviewed and processed as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

Nimrala and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in hardware, software, documentation, and branding. Users receive a limited license to use software and services in accordance with these Terms.

• Do not copy, modify, or distribute Nimrala software except as expressly permitted.
• Do not remove or alter proprietary notices, activity, or labels on devices or software.
• Do not create derivative works or attempt to replicate proprietary AI models provided by Nimrala.

Paid Services

Nimrala may offer subscription plans, premium features, and paid support packages to extend device functionality and support needs.

Pricing for paid services is provided at time of purchase on Nimrala marketing pages and in the account portal. Prices may vary by region and are denominated in local currency where offered.

Payment methods accepted are listed at checkout. Charges will appear on your billing statement and are processed securely. You must provide valid payment information to access paid services.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Nimrala account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility depends on the service and local consumer protection rules. Requests for refunds will be assessed case by case; consumable or used service time may affect outcomes.

You may cancel paid services via your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing; access to subscription features generally continues through the paid period unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes, duties, and fees may be charged in addition to listed prices and will be displayed at checkout where required by law.

Nimrala may change prices for future billing periods with advance notice. Existing subscriptions will be notified before changes take effect.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of paid features. Nimrala will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve billing issues where required by law.

Disclaimer

Nimrala provides devices and services 'as is' to help automate home and business tasks. Descriptions of capabilities are informative and based on current product design; actual performance depends on network conditions, environment, and correct installation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimrala and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from device use, data loss, or interrupted services. Liability for direct damages is limited where permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

Third-Party Services

Third-party services and integrations are provided by external providers. Nimrala is not responsible for third-party content, reliability, or privacy practices. Use of third-party integrations may require separate accounts and acceptance of additional terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate access to services for breach or as permitted by law. Termination may involve disabling cloud services or remote features; local device functionality may remain for basic operations.

Upon termination, access to cloud features, stored automations, and remote controls may be revoked. Certain data may be retained for legal or safety reasons as described in our privacy policy.

Privacy

Nimrala’s Privacy Policy describes how personal data is collected and used to operate devices, deliver services, and provide support. By using Nimrala products, you agree to the data practices outlined in that policy.

Communications

Nimrala may send account, security, and service-related messages by email, SMS, or in-app notifications. Opt-out options apply to marketing communications but not to essential account or security notices.

Changes to Terms

Nimrala may update these Terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. We will post revisions and the updated effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province where Nimrala operates, subject to mandatory local consumer protections. Users may have additional rights under local law.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes, parties should first seek to resolve issues through Nimrala support and mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to local court jurisdiction or arbitration as specified in regional terms.
